DAY 2 - SATURDAY:

Breakfast at the hotel and free time. Transfer to Civitavecchia to take the night ferry to Olbia.

Optional excursion: Ancient Rome

Guided tour with entrance fees included to the most suggestive and imposing monument of antiquity, the Colosseum, one of the seven wonders of the world. Next, we will visit the archaeological area of the Roman Forum, a symbol of the Italian capital that shows us and teaches us the mastery of building constructions during the Roman Empire.

DAY 4 - MONDAY:

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer and departure by ferry from Santa Teresa to Bonifacio (Corsica) and Porto Vecchio, a beautiful town located in the bay declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The town, of Genoese origin, has been transformed into a very exclusive tourist town, famous especially among lovers of social life and the sea. Transfer and guided tour of Aleria. The town offers a perfect compendium of the history of the island, from the Greek colonization in the 6th century BC to the Genoese colonization, which ended in 1769. In the old part of the town is one of the most famous museums on the island. Here we will find numerous remains of Greek, Roman and Etruscan ceramics, coins, everyday objects and vases with representations. In the late afternoon transfer to the hotel.

DAY 5 - TUESDAY:

After breakfast, visit Bastia, a charming town perched on a cliff overlooking the sea. Ancient pink buildings, winding streets in the old town and the bustling port that welcomes the ferries arriving in the city, offer the best view of Bastia. Then, transfer to Ile Rousse, a small town on the coast, known for its history and its imposing landscapes. Finally, visit Calvi, one of the most beautiful towns on the island, perched on a rocky promontory and nicknamed the Garden of Corsica for its fertile hills, the expanses of flowers that surround it and the pine forests that descend to the beach. After the visit, return to the hotel for the night.

DAY 6 - WEDNESDAY:

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Corte, a town located in the heart of the island and considered one of the prettiest villages in Corsica. We continue to Ajaccio, the capital of Corsica, best known as the birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte. Built around the port and the citadel, the old town of Ajaccio has pretty little streets lined with tall red houses. After the guided tour of Ajaccio, transfer to the hotel.

DAY 7 - THURSDAY:

After breakfast at the hotel, departure for Sartene, a pretty village with a long history of piracy and banditry behind it. After burying the hatchet of the internal conflicts that characterized it until the 19th century, it now offers the peace of its narrow streets and stone houses. Then, transfer to Bonifacio, located steeply above the sea and clinging to a small fjord that plunges into the spectacular sea of the Strait of the Mouths of Bonifacio. Finally, transfer to the hotel for the night.

Optional excursion: Boat trip, discovering Bonifacio

A visit to Bonifacio cannot miss a boat trip to discover the cliffs, beautiful caves, authentic jewels set in the white cliffs, the inlets and to contemplate the Staircase of the King of Aragon.

DAY 8 - FRIDAY:

Breakfast at the hotel and return by ferry to Sardinia. Transfer to the hotel and free time.

Optional excursion: Costa Smeralda, the jewel of Sardinia

DAY 9 - SATURDAY:

Breakfast at the hotel and free time. You can explore Olbia on your own or choose one of our optional activities.

Optional excursion: Maddalena Archipelago

We will spend the day at the Maddalena Archipelago, a National Park made up of 7 large islands and 20 islets. During the tour you can enjoy the white sandy beaches, exotic Mediterranean vegetation, rocky coasts and, above all, the surprising and intense emerald colour of the sea. The archipelago, in particular the island of Caprera, is also famous for having been the home and safe harbour of Giuseppe Garibaldi who decided to spend the last 26 years of his life and it is here that he died. In the late afternoon return to the hotel.

DAY 10 - SUNDAY:

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Castelsardo, a charming medieval village overlooking the centre of the Gulf of Asinara. The old town of the Castle, built on the top of the Castelsardo promontory, which dominates the inlet from above, today houses the Museum of the “Intreccio Mediterraneo”, one of the most famous museums in Sardinia. From the terraces that extend along the wall you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of a large part of the northern coast and the island of Asinara. Finally, transfer to the hotel and free time.

Optional excursion: Neptune's Caves, a jewel of nature

Visiting the Neptune Caves in Alghero is one of those things that should be done at least once in a lifetime, as they are considered the most famous in Sardinia, so it is always recommended to go and see them with our own eyes to admire their beauty.

DAY 11 - MONDAY:

Breakfast at the hotel and visit of Alghero, the town with the original Catalan Gothic architecture from the period when Sardinia was under Spanish rule. Today it is still called “la Barceloneta” (little Barcelona) by the Catalans, for its lively and romantic atmosphere reminiscent of the Spanish city. Departure for Bosa, a charming town where tradition and modernity merge and infuse curiosity and charisma, with its historic district of sa Costa, made up of colorful houses climbing the slopes of the Serravalle hill, dominated by the Malaspina castle.
